Intro to SUP
Introduction to Stand Up Paddleboarding (“SUP-Intro”) introduces the novice to paddling a paddleboard in calm sheltered water.
Our Instructor will take you through the necessary steps to get you going safely and start enjoying yourself sooner
Delivered to you, so you can paddle where you want, when you want. Whether you're staying at home, in a rental condo or villa, you'll have no problem storing or transporting your paddleboard from Cayman Stand UP Paddle Co.
Looking for something new in your workout routine? Why not take your workout out onto the water? SUP fitness can help improve your general fitness, build upper and lower body strength, tone up and strengthen your core all while enjoying the outdoors! A typical SUP fitness session incorporates lots of paddling with proper technique but also traditional body weight exercises like planks, push-ups, squats and lunges and combined with the instability of the board and the challenge of resistance tubing you will work your stability and balance like you've never experienced!
Deanna is a certified SUP Fitness Instructor and Sports Conditioning Specialist who has a true passion for SUP. She loves to combine SUP and traditional fitness exercises to design fun and effective fitness classes and personal training programs that get people out onto the water and experiencing SUP in an entirely new way. Why workout in the gym when you can get a killer workout outside on the beautiful waters of Cayman.
We offer Paddle Camps year round. Although the week long camps are typically for School Holidays we are flexible on the duration and quite often double as the sports class during afternoons for local Schools.
